Step 1: Apply Gel Remover or Multi Cleanse to a cotton square to remove surface oil / debris
Step 2: Apply The Base
Step 3: Apply 2 coats of The Polish
Step 4: Apply The Top
Step 5: Allow to dry and you are ready to go
