Smart Switch — Terms and Conditions
1. The Promotion
1.1 This promotion ("Smart Switch" or "the Promotion") is open to eligible nail technicians who wish to switch or upgrade their current professional nail system with Bio Sculpture, as described in these terms and conditions ("Terms").
1.2 The Promotion is run by RE:NEW Beauty, of 37 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DN ("Promoter", "we", "us").
1.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion opens at 00:00 on 27.07.2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31.07.2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:
(a) are aged 18 or over;
(b) are practising, qualified nail technicians;
(c) are a resident in the United Kingdom; and
(d) provide proof of salon/business e.g. business name, salon address or professional registration as requested by the promoter.
3.2 Employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter, Bio Sculpture, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, eligible individuals must complete the online application form at [ENTRY FORM LINK — TO BE ADDED].
4.2 Limit of one entry per salon, regardless of the number of technicians working there. Entrants who are sole traders or freelance technicians without a separate salon entity may enter once in their own right.
4.3 Entries must be truthful and accurate. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.
4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter, except where entry inherently requires proof of current professional practice as set out in clause 3.1.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners will be selected by random prize draw, conducted separately for each of the two categories described in clause 5.2.
5.2 Four (4) winners will be selected in total. Two (2) winners will be existing Bio Sculpture nail technicians and two (2) winners will be technicians who are not trained in Bio Sculpture.
5.3 If there are insufficient eligible entries in either category, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate any unfilled place to the other category.
5.4 Winners will be required to participate in a photo/video testimonial before and after.
5.5 Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date, using the contact details provided at entry.
5.6 If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. The Prize
6.1 Each of the four (4) winners will receive a Bio Sculpture kit rebrand prize with a retail value of up to £2,400 (two thousand four hundred pounds sterling), comprising professional Bio Sculpture product and equipment as determined by the Promoter.
6.2 Each winner will receive up to four (4) Bio Sculpture lamps as part of their prize. The exact number of lamps awarded will be determined by the Promoter based on the winner's salon size, as declared at entry or assessed during the verification process.
6.3 The exact contents of each prize package will be confirmed with the winner individually and may vary between winners depending on salon size and current setup, at the Promoter's discretion.
6.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative, in whole or in part.
6.5 If any element of the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
6.6 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to training time, installation, or lost business income during any transition period, unless otherwise stated.
6.7 If the winner declines to participate in promotional activity, e.g. a photo/video testimonial, the prize will be forfeited.
7. Delivery / Fulfilment
7.1 Prizes will be delivered to the winner's salon address within 14 days.
7.2 Winners may be required to participate in onboarding and training.
7.3 Winners will be required to participate in promotional activity, e.g. a photo/video testimonial as a condition of receiving the full prize.
8. Use of Winner Information
8.1 By accepting the prize, winners agree that the Promoter and Bio Sculpture may use their name, salon name, image, and testimonial in marketing materials relating to the Promotion, including on our website, email marketing, and social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8.2 Winners may withdraw this consent for future use at any time by contacting info@renewbeauty.co.uk, though material already published prior to withdrawal will not be retracted.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data collected as part of this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.renewbeauty.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy, and applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR, where applicable).
9.2 Entrants' data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners, unless separate marketing consent is given.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Bio Sculpture accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of a prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for matters which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to cancel, suspend, or postpone the Promotion, at any time, for reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.
11.2 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.3 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it (e.g. Meta/Instagram/Facebook), where applicable.

11.5 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder, which will continue in full force and effect.
