• You will be sent your online pre learning which needs to be completed 14 days before your in- person course starts. If you fail to complete your online pre learning, we may have to change your in person training day to ensure you have completed it.

• Your training day will run from 09:30 – 16:30 where the Educator will assist you and track your progress throughout the day.
