Samantha founded Bel Viso Beauty in Stockton-on-Tees just shy of 14 years ago and now employs 7 members of staff. She came to RE:NEW to scale what’s next, to keep up to date with leading products on the market, and to seek our perspective on accounting.

Stacey is the brains behind Pamper Mi Mi, nestled in Fish Hill. Having worked in Customer Service for most of her career, Stacey pivoted and launched her salon just before the pandemic hit. She's had to adapt fast - looking to us for help with profit scaling, speeding up prep, and keeping ahead of the curve.

Gina leads the talented team at Pretty - a collective of co-working technicians based in Nailsea, Bristol. Managing 10 self-employed staff in a busy space, Gina took a step back with RE:NEW to brainstorm ideas on what’s next and how to retain growth, including loyalty initiatives and community building within the salon.
