Re:New Beauty Rewards Programme - 2020 / 21
Rewarding Client Loyalty and creating a Positive Client Experience is a mission that we all share in our industry. Whether you are a sole trader or own a large spa or salon we are here to help by rewarding your purchases and ensuring training is on offer when you need it. There are four tiers to the programme which sit within two categories The Cullinan Club and The Princess Club.
We believe it is important to relieve any pressure you may feel to spend money in order to maintain your Princess or Cullinan status. With this in mind we have arranged for your current status to continue through to the end of 2021, irrespective of your spend in 2020. If you do achieve the next tier level in 2020 you will of course move up to the next tier status.
Will all of my benefits be renewed at the start of 2021?Of course! You will receive brand new complimentary training days, your preferred salon status on salon finder and your gift in February 2021. You will also be allocated new discount days and your staff incentive and free delivery will be maintained if it is a benefit of your current tier.
Will I still receive my rewards voucher?
Yes! If you spend more in 2021 than 2019 you will receive your Re:New rewards voucher. If you do happen to spend more in 2020 than 2019 we will also honour this voucher - we want to make sure we are giving you as many opportunities as possible to achieve your rewards voucher.
The Cullinan Club is the highest level of our Diamond Loyalty Scheme and is split into two tiers. It is reserved for clients who spend over £3000 ex VAT (Cullinan Club) and £5000 ex VAT (Cullinan + Club) from 1st January to 31st December. Once you achieve Cullinan Club status your tier level is set for one year and will renew again each February based on purchases in the previous calendar year (1st January to 31st December).
Where did the name Cullinan Club come from?
The Cullinan Diamond is the largest diamond ever found. It was mined in 1905 in South Africa and was cut into several beautiful stones before being presented to King Edward VII. These diamonds are now housed in the Tower of London and are part of the Crown Jewels collection.
RE:NEW Beauty has always had a close connection with South Africa, and a love for diamonds. Rene Lipsitz, who founded Bio Sculpture in the UK was South African and Bio Sculpture products are all manufactured in their own factory in South Africa. The diamond shape has also been part of the Bio Sculpture logo for the last 30 years.
If you have any questions regarding the Cullinan Club please email email@example.com*Training Days include all Bio Sculpture, Evo and Elim training days. For Moka and Sarah Japanese Eyelash Extensions and MUD Make-Up a value of £145 can be redeemed against each training day.
